The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations with the consent of the Treasury1, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 68(1), (7), (8), (10) and (12), 69(1) and (2), and 74(8)(a), (b) and (d) of the Immigration Act 20142. These Regulations are made pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Order 20153.
