After paragraph 1(1)(i)(ii) of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 199229 (earnings of an employed earner), insert—

“(iia)

a part-time fire-fighter employed by a fire and rescue authority;”.
