In regulation 1(2) of the Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) Regulations 1989 in the definition of “demand notice regulations”, for “the Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (Wales) Regulations 1993(1)” substitute “the Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (Wales) Regulations 2017”.
